নোটিফিকেশন চেক করো — Facebook ➜ Notifications/Support Inbox দেখে কোন নিয়ম ভাঙার নোটিশ বা রিজন আছে কি না (উদাহরণ: Community Standards, Copyright, Payment/Ads)।

অ্যাপিল জমা দাও — Support Inbox বা Help Center → “My personal account is restricted/disabled” → Appeal বা Request Review বাটন দিয়ে জমা দাও।

আইডি ভেরিফাই করো (প্রয়োজনে) — যদি Facebook identity চাই, সরকার প্রদত্ত আইডি (নাম+ছবি) আপলোড করো। নাম/বায়োতে মিছতা হলে সেটা ঠিক করো।

একাউন্ট সিকিউরিটি বাড়াও — Password বদলে 2-factor authentication চালু করো; অপ্রচলিত লিঙ্ক/অ্যাপগুলো আনঅথরাইজ করো।
